Alexandra Fernandez Díaz, an Events industry expert with a degree in History of Art and an MBA in Business & Events Management, boasts over 10 years of experience organizing high-profile events and managing key accounts. Her career began in prestigious museums, leading visits for politicians and Ambassadors. Later, in Barcelona, she excelled as an International Sales Manager in an Auction House, expanding the international buyer base.
Passionate about the arts and creativity, Alexandra has served as a Gallery Director, supporting emerging artists and creating her own successful pop-up art events brand with shows in London and Madrid. Her expertise also extends to fostering personal and professional growth, showcased in her role as Regional Director for YPO, the largest leadership community of Chief Executives.

FounderCon una sólida formación en Filosofía por la Sorbona, Hugo cuenta con más de 15 años de experiencia en Electronic Arts, liderando proyectos y manager de talentos VIP, desarrollando un enfoque estratégico e innovador en la gestión de equipos y relaciones clave.
Actualmente, lidera la coordinación global de los comentaristas de EA SPORTS Football Club, aportando su experiencia en gestión creativa al universo del fútbol virtual.
Además, ha co-creado la Agencia Boutique de Eventos Maison Ode, combinando su pasión por la organización de experiencias únicas con la visión estratégica que ha perfeccionado a lo largo de su trayectoria profesional.
